If you placed an order for Web Hosting and have not got your welcome email and login information you need to wait for a staff member to call you. We voice verify every order for your security and for fraud protection.
Be sure that the telephone number you placed on the order form is valid. Our staff will try to call you at that number and verify your information. Once we call you and verify the your account we will then approve the order and within minutes you will get all your login information. Be sure to submit a support ticket through the Support section on our website if you have any further questions or concerns.
